Stuckey Automotive, the area’s largest automotive group, is urgently recruiting ambitious, resourceful sales professionals to join our expanding operations throughout Blair and Centre County. Our ideal candidate must possess an innate desire to win and inspire others to do the same.
Job Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point-of-contact and adhere our efficient and effective processes
· Meet and exceed attainable sales quota set by our sales managers
· Build and maintain a book of business through continuous prospecting, in and out of the dealership
· Use a CRM to manage customer base; target prospects and follow-up accordingly
· Create and manage a professional Facebook page
· Work with finance and management to properly build deal folders
· Shadow department experts to create opportunities to upsell additional services and products
· Offer a complete shopping experience by introducing customers to service advisors
· Take advantage of resources and training made available by OEMs and dealership
· Stay abreast on the latest technologies and news in the automotive industry
· Foster open and honest relationships with team and management
· Exercise leadership skills to mentor team members
Qualifications Skills/Requirements:
· Completion of Business Administration or Automotive coursework preferred
· Proficient knowledge of CRM systems
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Clean, polished appearance becoming of our sales team
· Must submit to and pass a background check and drug test
· Must have a valid PA-issued Driver’s License

Top sales professionals earn $100k or more annually with salary and unit bonuses.
We believe in a healthy work / life balance. Many of our sales professionals work a four-day work and enjoy select Saturdays off. All sales professionals receive six paid holidays throughout the year and a generous PTO package. Given the opportunity for growth and excellent benefits (health and retirement), special consideration will be given to those with a minimum of two years of experience in automotive sales.
