Summary: The Associate Planner is an enthusiastic and analytical individual who is a key driver of the omnichannel North America Retail business. This person has a strong analytical background and enjoys applying creative thinking and problem solving to help optimize the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Own sku level open-to-buy and reforecast sales, inventory and margin and present to leadership on a monthly basis
• Execute weekly allocations along with updated strategies based on capacity, size curves, and omni performance
• Analyze newness rollouts during Monthly Floorset meetings and adjust quantities and distros where appropriate
• Collaborate closely with buying, store operations, and Ecommerce partners to optimize in season sales
• Plan key carryover styles for future seasons while also monitoring current inventory positioning
• Analyze historical store and inventory performance for seasonal hindsight
• Partner with buyers during market to plan out future seasons’ sales, inventory, and depth as well as managing size curves and making store recommendations
• Monitor inventory across stores and Ecommerce for omni Retail channels
• Run weekly reporting, analyze location selling, and track on order receipts and prioritizing important styles with the DC
• Work with Retail Store Managers on a quarterly basis to address store specific needs

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in buying/planning/inventory management or financial forecasting
• Retail allocation experience in an omnichannel environment
• Experience in a sized category is a plus
