JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY
STS is looking for a Technical Account Manager in North America to develop and nurture our commercial and technical relationships with our clients in the Solar and Storage (Renewable) sectors. The candidate will increase sales by holding and developing a portfolio of clients in his/her territory, maintaining a close relationship with each client and ensuring that the right technical solutions are promoted and the right services delivered in a satisfactory manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for clients success (satisfaction, loyalty, development, revenues growth) within the territory.
2. Organize and attend or lead clients meetings, conduct quarterly reviews. Collect clients inputs.
3. Present STS services and advise clients on selecting the most relevant services from STS.
4. Prepare technico-commercial proposals.
5. Generate leads/opportunities and manage orders life-cycle up to payment collection.
6. Maintain business relationships within the portfolio of existing clients within the assigned territory.
7. Ensure clients satisfaction before-during-after orders execution
8. Develop new accounts within the assigned territory.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Master in Engineering, preferably in PV or renewables.
2. Solid technical knowledge in related industries.
3. Experience as Technical Sales, After Sales Technical Support, Product Manager, Technical Advisor or Quality Engineer.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Impeccable interaction with clients.
This work is home-office based, North America.
