The company is a manufacturer of automotive products such as heat exchangers, battery cooling components, and radiators. You will be responsible for acting as client advocates and working with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals.
• Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
• Supervise and support account managers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
• on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements.
• Develop an understanding of marketing strategies and tactics that will be appropriate and effective for your clients.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese at the business level is ideal.
• Bachelor’s degree, or.an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven work experience as an account manager, ideally in the Automotive industry.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude.
• Strong analytical and organization skills
• Team management skills.
