Stryten Energy Hiring for Machine Operator at Milwaukee, WI Full Time

Overview:Stryten Energy manufactures proprietary and custom injection molding products serving the industrial lead battery, automotive and consumer markets. Stryten Energy is expanding battery poly manufacturing and recycling output to help solve industry-wide supply constraints.

A Machine Operator – Terminal is responsible for maintaining operational readiness and maximizing the production efficiency of the Cold Form Press Lines and Extrusion Line production equipment. This will include making parts, adjusting equipment, basic troubleshooting, and basic repairs to the Cold Form equipment on these production lines.

Day and Night Shifts Available (6:00 to 6:00), 4 days on/4 days off (you always work the day shift or always work the night shift)

Training for the first 2-weeks could be the Day shift (7 am – 3 pm)

Pay rate = $18.03 + shift differential

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude to ensure the machine runs to desired specifications
• Previous manufacturing or hands-on experience with tools required
• Attendance is critical
• Attention to detail

Have you worked with hand tools or have basic mechanical skills? If you have worked as an auto mechanic, basic handy repair work, or prior military experience, this could be the position for you.
