What you will do

As an Associate Manager, Talent Intelligence, you will have the opportunity to work across our global locations, divisions, and functions to deliver talent market research that informs talent strategies across Stryker. Successful candidates will support key business priorities by providing competitive and talent intelligence to inform decision making and influence, guiding the success of hiring and better understanding in how to compete and succeed in a competitive labor market.

• Develop and deliver market and candidate mapping research projects.
• Identify and validate top talent from target spaces (competitors; associations; industry; etc.) and recommend new sourcing channels.
• Align work around critical talent gaps, diversity, or hard-to-fill roles.
• Capture market and competitive intelligence from research efforts and create compelling narratives to share with executive TA, the broader HR organization, and with the business.
• Research market developments and best practices in management, leadership, and organization development to serve as a subject matter expert.
• Follow a consistent process and best practice for selecting the highest quality candidates; use refined probing techniques to elicit information.
• Nurture strong relationships to understand short-term and long-term hiring opportunities.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual labor market insights for regional recruiting teams and business partners including talent migration and competitor intel.

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree preferred; will consider an additional 6 years’ experience in lieu of a degree.
• 6+ years of work experience specifically in the talent space, thinking critically about global, broad business challenges.
• Experience with scoping, management and delivery of talent insights and workforce projects; conducting background research and connecting data sourced wherever necessary is required.
• Experience forging relationships with senior leadership/key stakeholders to enable them to use intelligence/data to impact business decisions
• Experience working as a researcher in a corporate or agency setting; executive level talent is preferred.
• Experience with data, data visualization, dashboard building, self-service tooling is preferred.

$83,000 to $176,800 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
