As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition through social media and other digital outlets. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads through social media platforms, paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and other relevant digital channels.
• Leverage social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to drive lead generation campaigns, increase brand visibility, and engage with target audiences.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and opportunities for lead generation.
• Optimize landing pages, website content, and conversion funnels to maximize lead capture and conversion rates.
• Utilize advanced techniques and tools for lead tracking, analytics, and data-driven decision making to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, content, and design, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively propose innovative strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Monitor and on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition through social media and digital outlets.
• Advanced knowledge of lead generation strategies, tactics, and tools, with a track record of successfully delivering high-quality leads.
• Strong expertise in utilizing social media platforms, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing to drive lead generation campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
• Solid analytical skills to track, measure, and interpret marketing data and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey strategies, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
