Strikeforce is a major player in the field of Sales & Merchandising, We Provide Trade & Marketing field solutions for both Retailers & Manufacturers within the grocery, liquor and hardware industries. The Strikeforce internal recruitment team are expanding and looking for new talent to join us in our Mount Waverly Head Office.

Our Strikeforce Recruitment team deal in high volume vacancies requiring a fast turn-around;

Key Responsibilities include

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing suitable candidates
• Conducting and recording reference checks
• Data entry and compliance duties

To succeed in this role, you must be confident resilient have a bubbly personality and be able to build relationships quickly. Someone who thrives in a busy office environment and has excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and a desire to learn and go that extra step.

There is a certain level of autonomy required, therefore good organisational skills and having the ability to multi task is required.

Skills required for success

• Experience using MS Word / Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Willingness to learn, take direction and follow instructions
• Positive ‘and flexible can do’ work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a cooperative team & willing to help others
