We are looking for someone to lead our marketing efforts and drive our customer acquisition engine, through social media, email marketing, SEO, drive Google search advertising and traditional event marketing.

Under your leadership, you will drive :

o Compelling and engaging content for social media, email, website & other marketing platforms.

o Create digital assets for our websites

o Rapidly test and iterate creative in a fast-paced environment

o Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with studio leads in driving multi-faceted digital and social media campaigns with custom designs

o Execute digital collateral for paid media ads

o Manage, plan, and execute email marketing campaigns

o Analyze and interpret campaign performance, leverage insights to make creative, proactive recommendations in executing marketing strategy and outreach

o Drive and participate in event-based, guerilla-type marketing events.

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience), preferred in marketing, advertising, communications, business, public relations, or journalism
• 1-3 years of digital marketing / communication experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, MyEmma) and social media management software (Soci)
• Ability to quickly master new software programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, while achieving deadline delivery goals
• Ability to listen, comprehend, and process direction
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically
• Proven ability to work individually and in a team environment
