Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls
• Answering enquiries
• Liaising with stakeholders on a daily basis
• Processing orders
• Support field sales people
• Administration duties
• Chase outstanding credit
• Take inbound sales calls and manage incoming sales emails to secure existing Customer sales and achieve monthly conversion targets and KPI’s.
• Demonstrate the full potential of the products and services we offer with the knowledge and confidence required to accurately meet a new Customer’s needs.
• Provide timely and accurate administration support to the Sales Consultants in line with the Sales process.
• As the main Customer facing team, provide exceptionally high levels of Customer service in all Customer contacts.
• Carry out final quality checks on sales quotes before they go out to Customers.
• Quickly and professionally resolve any Customer concerns or questions.
• Identify opportunities to cross sell or upsell.
• Provide accurate and detailed information for each sale to ensure the Customer’s exact requirements are understood and manufacturing costs are kept to a minimum.
• Carry out courtesy calls to build excellent Customer relationships.
• Liaise with the Sales Consultants to ensure all surveys are carried out within a timely manner.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, ing any issues or concerns to the Leadership Team.
• Manage the invoice chasing process for Stages 1, 2 and 3.

Requirements:

• Experience within sales support/ administration
• Knowledge/ experience of chasing invoices
• Understanding of Credit Control
• Good telephone manner
• Good communication skills
• A friendly people person with excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Focus on timely delivery of results.
• A strong relationship builder to build relationships with existing Customers as well as colleagues.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• A positive motivator able to work as part of a team.
• Flexible to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to follow end to end processes and commit and deliver specific agreed service standards.
• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for problem resolution within sphere of influence.
• Self-motivated.
• A driven person, passionate about sales and Customer service and a team player who will embrace and demonstrate our values and culture.

Benefits:

• Salary – £28,000 – £29,000
• Hours – Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.00pm
