Export Coordinator – Join a Dynamic Team in Surrey!

Are you an experienced Export Coordinator seeking a new opportunity with a leading global relocation firm? Our client, a key player in the UK’s relocation industry, is expanding their team and is looking for an enthusiastic Export Coordinator to join their close-knit and dynamic group of four professionals

Position Overview:

As an Export Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing export shipments. This includes quoting members for exports, processing shipments, and ensuring all necessary details are correct. Your responsibilities will also involve communication with international agents, updating systems, and managing invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quote members for exports.
• Process all export shipments.
• Calculate and check freight and delivery charges.
• Liaise with members, ensuring customs, contact, insurance, and contract details are correct.
• Ensure timely receipt of documents for customs clearance.
• Arrange delivery with agents and communicate relevant details to overseas agents and members.
• Update computer systems and files with accurate information.
• Create and approve sales and purchase invoices.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in a Freight or Export role would be beneficial.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience within an office environment
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
• Ability to liaise effectively with international agents.
• Outgoing and friendly, with strong relationship-building skills.
• Commutable distance to Redhill, Surrey.

Position Remuneration:

• Salary: £26,000 – £28,000
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00.
• 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.
• Christmas shut-down period.
• Royal London pension scheme.
