The Role

Working closely with the all internal hiring managers across the company (and they are pretty awesome hiring managers at that!), as the our Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Stratton Finance you will directly shape the organisation’s future by identifying and hiring talent to fit the changing needs of the business.

A typical day will see you:

• Liaising with internal departments to determine any recruitment needs they might have.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites and other platforms.
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via phone interviews.
• Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Progressing candidates, making unsuccessful calls and working through background checks
• Fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
• With new company values implemented, helping shape a strong EVP strategy
• Working with overall P&C team to help shape all our people goals & projects

Who We Are Looking For

You will have at least 5 years of talent acquisition & recruitment experience (preferably internal) which will include, having implemented innovative strategies including creating and maintaining talent pools, managing recruitment campaigns, leveraging the full range of sourcing channels and techniques to acquire the best talent.

In addition, you will also have experience with:

• Full cycle and high-volume recruiting for all levels across multiple disciplines, experience in recruiting Sales teams highly regarded
• Building strong customer relationships, balancing multiple and diverse stakeholder needs, and delivering customer-centric solutions
• Planning and prioritising work to meet commitments aligned with organisational goals
• Experience using online recruitment systems to manage recruitment processes and campaigns (we use Jobadder as an FYI – not essential to know straight up)
• Knowledge of relevant HR and workplace legislation and policies, including the Fair Work Act, Equal Employment Opportunity and Discrimination legislation
