Working in our close-knit Finance Team of 6, as Stratton’s Management Accountant you will be reporting directly to the company CFO and collaborating with key business stakeholders. This business-critical role will be responsible for managing Financial Accounts, Auditing processes, Tax Compliance, month end financial processes and other accounting activities. Your strong attention to detail and understanding of accounting principles will help delivery accurate and timely financial reporting, auditing, and accounting outcomes in a dynamic and autonomous environment. Other responsibilities include:

• Managing of financial accounts including balance sheets and P&L reconciliations
• Ensuring all Tax compliance tasks are completed on schedule
• Performing month-end processes are completed with all transactions included, accounted for and correct accruals
• Cashflow management and forecasting, raising impacts to key stakeholders in a timely manor
• Driving and owning the audit processes, ensuring all accounts are appropriately prepared for and queries responded to
• Ad hoc financial and operational reporting, supporting the broader Finance Team – there is no “I” in Team!

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Prior Experience as a Management Accountant or similar position
• Degree in Accounting (or Similar) and a CA/CPA qualification]
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including audit processes and Tax legislation
• Working knowledge of Technology One, Blackline, Salesforce, and Tableau all desirable
• Excellent communication and the ability to build professional working relationships with key stakeholders
• Proven ability to multi-task, working autonomously to meet strict deadlines
