Sounds like a cool place, but what about the role?

Working in our close-knit Finance Team, in this role you will be reporting directly to the company CFO and collaborating with the broader team and key business stakeholders. This is a 6-month fixed term contract assisting during a busy transformation period in assisting the accounts team with a variety of accounting duties, including processing of payments, performing reconciliations and other general accounting duties. A typical day will see you:

• Accurately preparing and recording invoicing and payments
• Processing receipts and bank reconciliations
• Supporting payroll with month end incentive payment calculations
• Supporting the broader accounts team in month end processes
• Ad hoc financial and operational reporting, supporting the broader Finance Team – there is no “I” in Team!

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Prior Experience in accounts payable, accounting, or similar position
• Relevant finance or accounting degree is desirable
• Proven ability to multi-task, working autonomously to meet strict deadlines
• Understanding of accounting principles and practises, regulations and compliance
• Working knowledge of Technology One, Blackline, Salesforce, and Tableau all desirable
• Excellent communication and the ability to build professional working relationships with key stakeholders
