AWESOME Digital Marketing Company – Seeking AWESOME Digital Marketing Specialist with Extreme Attention To Detail.

Extremely Detailed, (Please complete all pre-screen and interview steps for consideration – this will allow you to the interview step) Self-motivated project manager. Seeking an individual that is capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to follow through with projects or tasks, time management expert plus able to set and meet all deadlines. Extremely efficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (PPT a plus!). Must have great computer skills and adept in using internet programs and able to learn quickly. The project manager will be working remotely from home and hours are flexible to family or school commitments. Tasks will be assigned at times or you will need to self-assigned and set proper deadlines. Weekly pre-set meetings such as Monday meetings to take place via phone or video conference. There will be some in-person training sessions that must be attended.

Responsibilities and Requirements of Expertise:

• Google Analytics (Minimum able to read/ understand)
• EX: Acquisition of Organic visitors year over year, goals met, funnel visualization tracking and analyzing
• Google Search Console / Webmaster (Minimum able to read/ understand)
• EX: Identify error in a crawl, indexing, structured data, and AMP Google AdWords (Minimum able to read/ understand)
• Similar Web-based Website Auditing Tools
• UI/UX testing of all client’s websites
• Generating s for clients
• Receive tasks and manage them to completion
• Able to create protocols for coders and future JR PM’s that you may hire and manage
• Communication with clients
• and speak with clients weekly – On the phone minimum once a month
• Setting meetings
• Confirming that VP and CEO are able to join meetings
• Conduct meetings independently Time tracking
• Your own hours of work
• On client’s projects
• Coders hours Budget tracking
• Project review:
• Developers task is completed, the PM will review the task and identify issues:
• Spelling and grammar
• Matches PSD provided or clients directions
• The functionality of buttons and forms
• Rescan with a ing tool to see if errors were fixed
• Ensure Social Media Lead-ins are written every Tuesday and posted on Fridays
• Follow up with content writers during projects, ensure content delivered on time
• Attend Weekly Mandatory Meetings:
• Monday updates with PM to review ongoing projects and goals for the week
• Thursday reviews with PM to ensure goals were met for the week
• Some Tuesdays with the CEO

Pay: $38,000.00 – $41,000.00 per year
