Strategic Marketing Hiring for Customer Service Assistant at Corona, CA Full Time

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. The company is built on a firm belief in customer service and providing true value to our clients and our team of Customer Service Assistant’s is a key to this approach as we help our clients manage their sales needs.

Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing relationships with customers and build rapport to generate new customer acquisitions
• Present products and services to customers with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness.
• Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details.
• Cultivate new sales opportunities within assigned territories through on-site visits
• Work within our diverse team environment and support all team members
• Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory
• Work with other Customer Service Assistants to increase service product, customer loyalty, and answer any customer inquiries

Customer Service Assistant Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Self-motivated, determined, and confident
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred (not required)
• Travel is required
