Full Job Description
A company in the biometrics industry is looking to add a Certified Scrum Master to their team. This person will be responsible for facilitating Agile methodology within the software development team and managing the entire Scrum process. Daily responsibilities will include: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, identify mitigate roadblocks, maintain a backlog of user stories tasks.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps
- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodology
Pluses:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Location: In office 2-3 days/week in Hiscksville, Long Island
Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 base salary
