We are hiring for upwardly-mobile technology professionals to join our team on a full-time, direct basis! In particular, we are seeking a Junior Software Developer to be based on-site at our office in Dayton, OH and focus on front-end development for our SaaS web applications. This person will be expected to demonstrate basic knowledge of our content management platforms as well as an ability to translate our business needs into client-friendly functions that will ultimately expand our company’s influence in our industry! Our ideal candidate is a forward thinker that is excited about web development, able to handle challenging problems, eager to learn and to push the boundaries, and willing to ask questions while they take direction to learn and grow.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilize JavaScript and advanced frameworks (including Vue.JS) to translate our business needs into client-friendly functions.
• Perform bug fixes to web components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Implement features, maintain software, and learn proprietary JavaScript frameworks.
• Other duties, as assigned.

• High School Diploma is required; additional technical education (via bootcamp and/or degree programs) is a plus.
• Experience working with software development, especially with web application development (we will consider personal projects in lieu of professional experience).
• Advanced understanding of basic programming concepts, especially with reference to Front-End / User-Interface [UI] development.
• Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS; experience working with TypeScript is a plus!
• Advanced expertise with utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g.: Vue.js, React, Angular, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of source control.
• GIT and JIRA experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
