About us

Through analysis, planning, and site design, our Landscape Architecture and Planning Team create inspired designs for project typologies ranging from commercial, retail, multifamily, single family, open space, urban design, subdivisions, and communities.

Teaming with our Clients, their Architects, Civil Engineers, and other disciplines, we help shape all aspects of the Project developing a cohesive design thread. We assist our Clients in achieving their vision through placemaking and the use of space. We work collaboratively with our clients, consultants, communities, and end users to ensure that projects are designed to ensure that the experience of place and space is not only functional, but memorable for living, working, or play.

Immediate position with a high-paced engineering and architectural firm seeking a positive team player to work in our accounting department and assist our administrative team. Must be organized, internally motivated, and very detail-oriented with the ability to complete tasks daily, weekly, and monthly. Duties include (but are not limited to):

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accounting support to the administrative team and manager within the department. This individual will track and research any accounting issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
• Handle accounts payable and receivable duties
• Contracts/Licensing
• Purchase Orders
• Lien Waivers
• Heavy data entry
• Assist the administrative team

Qualifications

• Minimum two years accounting experience
• Associates degree, preferred
• Construction experience, plus
• Type at least 45+ words per minute
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in QuickBooks, nice to have
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping principles

This is a full-time position with mandatory overtime as necessary. Flexibility is required.
