Key focus & responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to join our People & Performance team and take the next step in your career. Our team focuses on sourcing the best talent in the marketplace whilst providing a high level of service to our internal key stakeholders in a fun and driven environment. This role is initially offered as a 6 month Fixed Term contract with the potential to extend into permanency.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Taking ownership on establishing relationships with key hiring managers and be a true business partner to the national operations.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from brief taking to sourcing and attracting as well as screening and vetting talent.
  • Responsible for candidate management and take pride in representing our various brands to prospective employees.
  • Advertising and sourcing candidates Via SEEK, LinkedIn etc.
The types of roles you will recruit will vary but will primarily be across the manufacturing space so you will be adept at working at pace whilst multitasking and prioritising your workload. The role will also require getting involved and leading some exciting projects outside of business as usual – such as youth employment campaigns, engagement, employment branding and internal mobility.

What we need you to bring to our team
This is an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Hero. You will be a great team player, with a problem solving attitude. You have a commercial mindset and a keen eye for detail. You are not afraid to roll your sleeves up to get the job done. You are an excellent communicator and thrive on building connections internally and externally.
We are on the lookout for;
  • At least 5 years recruitment experience gained either in Agency or In-house.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in sourcing strategies
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Tech Savvy and able to pick up new systems with ease
We offer flexible work arrangements as well with a minimum requirement to attend the office 2 days per week and flexible start & Finish times.
