Storm ID Hiring for Talent acquisition specialist Job at Edinburgh, Scotland Full Time

About you
You will want to take your career to the next level by developing talent acquisition within Storm ID & Lenus Health – two very different businesses, with a shared ethos for engaging with talent and growing our technical functions.
You will have a strong track record in digital and technology recruitment and will be comfortable representing Storm with senior stakeholders to hold meetings and discuss requirements.
You will have strong knowledge within the technology sector and a good understanding of the job market and roles.
Typically you’ll be recruiting:

• software (.NET & front-end) & software test engineers
• cloud infrastructure engineers
• project managers
• user researchers and digital designers

You’ll also need to be:

• able to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
• enthusiastic and motivated, loving a challenge
• comfortable with creating job descriptions and adverts
• passionate about providing excellent service delivery

What you’ll do
Your primary recruitment responsibilities will include:

• Conducting job briefings with hiring managers to understand requirements, creating engaging adverts, job specs and recruitment campaigns
• Developing and maintaining a network of worthwhile candidates to fill current and future permanent roles at Storm ID through social media, events etc
• Supporting hiring managers with CV evaluation, screening and interviews
• Maintaining recruitment content on our website and social media channels
• Contributing to recruitment best practices and processes

Additionally you may be asked to support the Commercial Manager in sourcing specialist contractor resources to support ongoing client engagements, so the ability to engage with clients and develop a network of contractors would be beneficial.
