One of our key clients are revolutionising the Battery Tech world. They need a TA manager to come on board & help lead their next phase of hyper-growth!

Responsibilities :

• Implement the company’s talent sourcing strategy as a key figure within the HR department.
• Oversee and guide a team of in-house and third-party recruitment specialists.
• Liaise with international leadership teams to synchronize recruitment with company objectives.
• Coordinate with external hiring agencies and stakeholders, prioritizing cost efficiency and equitable practices.
• Shape our academic institution outreach programs, manage immigration tasks, and streamline the recruitment pipeline.
• Offer insights and market data to the HR division, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Uphold recruitment and hiring protocols in compliance with regional employment regulations.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Behavior Studies, or a similar field.
• At least 10 years of experience in pivotal Talent Sourcing roles, especially for technical, managerial, and leadership positions.
• A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably within a Talent Sourcing division.
• Background in startups or the chemical industry is advantageous. Experience in sophisticated tech or intricate manufacturing sectors is essential.
• Proven leadership qualities, forward-thinking, and superior communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of diverse hiring frameworks and tactics.
• A track record in optimizing recruitment processes and technological tools.
• Exposure to international talent sourcing, with a grasp of immigration procedures as an added advantage.
• Proficient in maneuvering through uncertainties in a rapidly evolving landscape.
