We are currently looking for enthusiastic team players who stay curious and thrive on being part of a busy environment to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Representative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver compassionate and engaging customer experiences via Phone, Email, and Live Chat.
• Approach each inquiry with positivity and a genuine solutions-focus.
• Confidently use a multitude of systems and related software to manage all inquiries effectively.
• Share customer feedback and issue trends openly to support continued business growth.
• Collaborate and interact with team members to create meaningful solutions and timely responses.
• Actively contribute and engage with the team as a team player and a supporter of continued excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Empathetic, positive, and consistent with every interaction receiving the same level of attention and exceptional service.
• Top-notch organizational and multitasking skills.
• Active listener, and problem solver, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• two years in a customer service role is a plus.
