Location: Regina, Saskatchewan / Remote

Position: Full-time

What We Are Looking For:
This individual will be responsible for operating CRM software and maintaining current client relationships as well as interacting with various divisions within the organization. This person will also be expected to solve issues relating to the transportation process. Including but not limited to: Driver Assignments to ensure on-time arrival for pickups and deliveries.

Responsibilities:
Provide all aspects of communication with drivers and clients to achieve customer success and satisfaction

Learn the software systems to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries

Engage with customers via phone, webchat, and email to resolve customer issues

Gather and analyze information in a timely manner

Requirements:
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Self-motivated and able to demonstrate a positive outlook

Enthusiastic professional with a focus on customer success

Must have a working computer or laptop

Must have a smartphone

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay Range: $40,000-$45,000

Schedule: 8-hour shift which includes evenings and weekends

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work remotely:
Initial training on-site with remote work

Overtime pay available
