Stonyslope Brewing Company is Looking for Kitchen Staff Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Preparing food items and menu items in accordance with company standards and guidelines.

· Preparation of food for taproom customers.

· Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately

· Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients

· Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and preparing dishes on the menu

· Disposing of rubbish and compost

· Organising linen laundry

· Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Past restaurant cooking experience

· Able to work as a member of the taproom team and in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

· Attention to detail and able to contribute to future seasonal menus

· Flexible availability, able to work 20 – 30hrs per week

· Available days, evenings and weekends

· Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

· Must be at least 18 years old.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
