Training begins mid-May, and tours operate late May through September.

Customer Service Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers, travel agents, and tour operators in a positive manner, with information about tours, services, and options, including prices, times, and general tour information.
• Accurately completes reservations on a computer-based system.
• Ensures customers are sent necessary product and reservation documents in a timely manner.
• Completes and maintains paperwork as it relates to vouchers and gift certificates.
• Works with supervisors/managers to effectively resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Drives guests to and from the zipline course in a safe and timely manner.
• Keep company vehicles in clean and in running order.
• Complete and maintain driver daily paperwork.
• Performs other duties as are appropriate and as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Requires working weekends, long hours, and irregular shifts in a multi-task environment.
• Basic math and computer skills abilities are essential.
• Clean driving record (copy of the driving record required).
• Meet all qualification/eligibility requirements.

Housing is not provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
