Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will help us deliver a five-star experience by monitoring the progress of orders and contacting our customers via phone, text, and email to arrange a mutually agreeable time to schedule the final measurement and installation of the window treatments.

Work Schedule

This is a five-day-a-week, 8-hour-per-day position. Schedule would be Monday through Friday from 9am MST to 6pm MST with some Saturday work required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Align with our mission and values.
• Ability to travel to Denver when you start work for two weeks of training
• Ability to return to Denver 2 or 3 times a year for 1 to 3 days at a time for training or meetings
• Strong phone communication skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years in dispatch or scheduling-related customer service type role.
• Commitment to helping us continually improve our processes in a positive and helpful manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Experience with NetSuite is ideal but not required
• Flexibility with your work schedule as described above

Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
