Stonehill Dental is Looking for Administrator/Receptionist Full Time

Looking for a dental administrator who wants to be a part of a modern and cutting-edge dental facility. If you’re highly motivated and confident with exceptional people and phone skills, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have dental experience and proficiency in Dentrix software. You’ll be responsible for general reception duties such as answering phones, booking appointments, submitting treatments, and collecting fees.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate the value of dental care to our patients effectively. You should be able to multi-task and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We provide training for the right person.

This full-time, permanent position is Monday to Friday (once a month), with a short Saturday session once every 4 months. You’ll work 8-hour shifts, with a half-day on Wednesday and Friday. Salary is between $25.00 and $28.00 per hour, with dental care benefits included.
