The HR Business Partners work directly with their Operations Directors to manage the delivery of the HR strategy and service within their nominated division. As one of a team of HR Business Partners, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the HR service through planning, implementation of HR policy, programmes and general practice .
The HR Business Partner is integral in the creation of new ideas, innovation and implementation methods that drive successful change. Influencing and relationship building are the key soft skills required – as well as being tenacious and driven for success.
Key areas for the HR Business Partner will include:
Recruitment & & Selection: including supporting with succession planning, recruitment and feedback sessions as well as strategies to reduce employee turnover, driving retention
Learning & Development: Supporting with inductions, delivery of parts of our management development programmes and advising on development of teams and individuals
Employee Relations: advise and support with a variety of ER issues, supporting managers in managing performance, appraisals, well being and safety for their teams
Reward & recognition: being aware of our rewards strategy including bonus schemes
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join the HR Operations team – ideally with experience from within hospitality or retail, but we’re open to applications from all HR BP’s with great commercial acumen. You’ll be acting as a true consultative Business Partner, potentially with experience of managing change through opening new sites or transitioning teams through change processes. Ideally, you’ll be familiar with delivering HR strategy to remote teams succesfully.
