The Role

As business continues to grow and the need to expand our team continues, we are currently looking for an internal Talent Acquisition Lead. You will manage the national talent acquisition team, strategize and coordinate processes to improve talent search for all blue-collar recruitment.

This role will be based in our Erskine Park, Sydney site and will be fast paced and varied with daily tasks including:

• Assistance and delivery of end-to-end blue-collar recruitment to ensure your internal customers demand is met and recruitment processes are followed
• Establish and implement recruitment processes and run training sessions on such
• Developing and implementing further search and candidate attraction strategies that help to build and promote the companies Employer Brand
• Be innovative! Research new recruitment platforms and keep up to date with candidate and industry trends
• Be the go-to person for any queries from your talent acquisition team
• Presenting performance reports to the ELT and highlight any issues or talent gaps
• Be across all interviews, medicals, reference checks and candidate follow ups

About You

• Prior experience delivering end to end high-volume blue-collar recruitment
• Previous team leadership experience in a large and complex organisation
• You’re a people person! You have great stakeholder management and excellent communication skills both verbal and written and are consistently approachable
• You’re a collaborator – you will want to make strong professional connections with your colleagues across the country
• Have strong computer skills and an eye for writing and proof reading content (eg job advertisements, performance reports)
• You’re results driven
• You will be proactive and enjoy working in a team, but can also be self-managed
• You understand the importance of compliance
• You’re tough! You are able to keep up with the pace and want to be challenged
