Stone Alliance Group Hiring for Email Marketing Specialist at New York, NY Full Time

We are partnering with our client to assist with their search for an Email Marketing Specialist. Our client is an independent, national nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families struggling with mental health and learning disorders. They work to deliver the highest standards of care, advance the science of the developing brain, and empower parents, professionals and policymakers to support children when and where they need it most.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing email campaigns and automations in Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud from setup through delivery and ing.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, from campaign setup through deployment, and tracking.
• Update email templates with HTML and CSS to ensure emails are mobile-optimized and display correctly across common email clients (including Outlook).
• Manage subscriber lists and maintain subscriber data hygiene.
• Develop email marketing strategies and tactics to optimize email performance, including A/B testing and segmentation.
• Initiate, implement, and oversee mission-critical email marketing automations through Pardot.
• Collaborate with various teams to triage email requests and guide stakeholders through the process, communicating often and keeping in mind best practices, branding, and campaign goals.
• Monitor email marketing metrics and optimize future campaigns.
• Serve as email marketing expert staying on top of the latest trends and leading brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 4-6 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Able to code professional marketing emails (HTML and CSS) for desktop and mobile devices that are compliant with all major email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, and CRM Database systems.
• Experience running email marketing automations.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and GDPR compliance, email list segmentation and hygiene.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Passion for the mission.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $83,000 – $88,000annually. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
