Parts Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Face to face and on the phone communication with customers maintaining a respectful and positive attitude
• Provide effective communication to customers regarding their parts needs
• Assist our service technicians in obtaining parts for their jobs
• Work closely with customers to obtain necessary authorization and documentation relating to their parts orders.
• Receipting in of parts and responsible for putting away and pricing parts
• Complete invoicing and collecting procedures in a timely manner
• Assist in maintaining all department tools, equipment and department clean and orderly
• Follow up call with customers regarding any parts specials
• Adapting to more responsibilities as they present themselves

Experience, Education, Skill and Knowledge:

• General knowledge of farm equipment
• Educated in or knowledgeable about the Agriculture Industry
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
• Computer skills – general knowledge of operating systems such as: Microsoft Office, Email, Excel Spreadsheets, etc.
• Exceptional Organization Skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Time Management
• Self-Motivated; show initiative and direction
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Drivers License

Parts Specialist’s Hours: Monday-Friday average of 9 hours per day
