The newly established Talent, Leadership and Organisational Development (OD) Consultancy Team, working across Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care Foundation Trust and Stockport NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking an ambitious individual to co-ordinate a range of leadership and development programmes and support key projects . You will also support projects relating to talent management, succession planning and enhancing leadership capability.

You will be part of a wider OD Service that is helping NHS leaders and colleagues to fulfil the ‘Our People Promise’ to improve the experience of working in the NHS for everyone.

The post will be hosted by Stockport NHS Foundation Trust but will be expected to work and travel between and within each locality.

Key elements of this new role include:

• Support with the co-ordination and delivery of both Trusts’ leadership and management development offer ensuring that training sessions and programmes run smoothly and robust evaluation is in place.
• Support the design, delivery, commissioning and evaluation of talent development and organisational development interventions to ensure these meet the needs and objectives of both Trusts
• Co-ordinate and promote the Trusts’ coaching offer and mentoring schemes and help arrange coaching and mentoring support for individuals when requested.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of interventions and programmes linked to the Trusts’ organisational values and behaviours

• Support the Head of Service for Talent, Leadership and OD Consultancy with the co-ordination and delivery of both Trusts’ leadership and management development offer ensuring that training sessions and programmes run smoothly and robust evaluation is in place.
• Support the design, delivery, commissioning and evaluation of talent development and organisational development interventions to ensure these meet the needs and objectives of both Trusts
• Co-ordinate and promote the Trusts’ coaching offer and mentoring schemes and help arrange coaching and mentoring support for individuals when requested.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of interventions and programmes linked to the Trusts’ organisational values and behaviours.
• Coordinate and set up staff feedback mechanisms to enable team members to carry out effective evaluation of OD interventions to demonstrate the return on investment. This may require quantitative as well as qualitative methods.
• Support with the administration and co-ordination associated with Assessment and Development Centres.
• Take a lead role in supporting the delivery of the Civility Saves Lives Programme including liaising with the external training provider, implementing communication plans, arranging training dates and venues, maintaining and analysing training information, etc.
• Co-ordinate the use of psychometric tools and 360 appraisals.
• Providing financial admin support including processing invoices, raising orders, maintaining budget management information, etc.
• Support team colleagues with arranging and delivering team development interventions, workshops and training sessions.
• Help facilitate group sessions as required by team members.
• Undertake research as directed by team members and present findings in a suitable format.
• Support team members with collating information for key reports as required.
• Prepare agendas and take minutes of meetings as required.
• Deal with general enquiries on behalf of the Talent, Leadership and OD Consultancy Team.
