Manage the Walmart.com for consumer products , specifically in the cookware, personal care, lawn and garden and lighting category . they offer a one stop solution to optimize sales on
Walmart.com . Fuelled by in-house graphic designers, digital marketers, developers and strategists, we are constantly improving our capabilities to increase product discoverability and decrease the time between a customer’s search and purchase.
Our team is in full growth mode and seeking a motivated E-Commerce Specialist ready to roll up their sleeves and optimize our Walmart.com accounts globally and Reporting to the Director of Operations, in this role, you will manage the day to day of brand health, be responsible for running full audits across our brands, resolving inventory / content / ticketing issues, and coordinating process improvement opportunities. In addition, you will work with tech to keep product information in our database up to date. The role allows you to explore many parts of the business and is an excellent opportunity to grow the business and yourself.
Requirements
Brand Health & Ops
• Own the Walmart.com listing creation process by creating and managing feeds.
• Communicate with Walmart.com support on a daily basis to resolve inventory issues including stranded inventory, appeal for ASIN reinstatement, and merge product listings.
• Manage the Walmart.com case process through regular follow-up and relay information to the appropriate teams on the status of the issues.
• Support database management by downloading and recording category listings reports on a weekly basis and maintaining product detail accuracy in the master sku list table.
• Conduct bi-weekly audits on all Walmart.com and Other sites listings and proactively resolve any issues.
• Collaborate across teams to set timeline goals via Teams for launching new products on Walmart.com globally and other sites
• Stay abreast of new Walmart.com listing compliance rules and make strategic recommendations to ensure our listings are healthy.
Inventory Management
• Maintain vendor records and files in support of purchasing functions and duties.
• Monitor stock levels and facilitate timely placement of purchase orders.
• Reconcile purchase orders with invoices to ensure everything is accurate between vendor charges and what was received and also shipped and invoiced
Qualifications:
• Self-motivated and analytical thinker
• Strong technical, research skills and attention to detail
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets knowledge (macros and formula)
• Familiarity with nutritional supplements and beauty products is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL / HTML and Photoshop is a plus
