Stitely & Karstetter is a small full-service accounting solutions and business advisory firm. Our team of experienced Certified Public Accountants is focused on your success. We provide extensive services including tax preparation and planning, accounting and bookkeeping services, business valuation, and financial statement preparation. We also offer accounting software, investment services, as well as individual and group insurance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Total Accounting Care, our outsourced accounting sector.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for our clients.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements for our clients.
• Record general journal entries for bills, expenses, deposits, and payroll.
• Work closely with partners, managers, and seniors, providing tax and business advisory services to clients.
• Prepare individual and corporate tax returns.
• Prepare individual and corporate tax projections.
• Professionally communicate with client personnel, whether that’s in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Gain a better understanding of client’s businesses and activities by having direct client interaction while working on multiple aspects of their engagement.

Qualifications: * Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.

• Over a year of experience preferred but not required.
• CPA or CPA candidates preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Ability to perform independently as well as being able to work in a team atmosphere.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• QuickBooks experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
