Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager, you hold the reins of driving new business, fostering crucial projects, and cultivating customer relationships within your designated territory. Your expertise in sales strategy implementation will align with ARx’s strategic goals, delivering exceptional results in terms of accounts contacted, new opportunities explored, and revenue targets achieved.

Essential Functions:
Are you ready to make a mark? Your role as a Sales Manager includes the following key responsibilities:

• Successfully prospecting new contacts across various levels and functions in top global pharmaceutical companies and specialty pharmaceutical companies. Your keen eye for opportunities will lead to the generation of innovative work plans.
• Thrive in exceeding financial sales goals, positioning ARx as a frontrunner in the market.
• Create a robust database of qualified leads using cutting-edge techniques such as referrals, telephone canvassing, trade show prospecting, direct mail, email, and networking. All data will be meticulously documented in our Customer Relationship Management database (Sugar).
• Lead impactful meetings with prospective customers, presenting the full potential of ARx’s capabilities.
• Evaluate and assess potential opportunities, ensuring seamless alignment with ARx’s strategic objectives.
• Conduct in-depth project due diligence, understanding market needs, and projecting financial forecasts to the management team.
• Collaborate with functional Directors, providing insights for the development of scope of work, budget, and key contractual terms, contributing to the final negotiations that secure desired business opportunities.
• Showcase your comprehensive understanding of ARx drug delivery systems, drug product development, and manufacturing services, combined with an acute awareness of customer needs in pharmaceutical development.
• Employ consultative selling techniques, offering recommendations to prospects and customers on various solutions that ARx can provide to resolve their business challenges.
• Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, leveraging tools like Sugar to optimize territory potential.
• Drive the execution of the Strategic Plan in partnership with the Director of Marketing and Business Development, ensuring remarkable new revenue growth.
• Offer valuable market feedback to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, driving the development of innovative drug delivery technologies.
• Uphold Company Guiding Principles, consistently executing all responsibilities with professionalism and effectiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• Pharmaceutical/ Biotech: 5 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
