The Role:

The Digital Media Analyst will help plan, build, launch, and manage multichannel campaigns for Stirista clients. As a Digital Media Analyst, you will be required to analyze and interpret marketing analytics and determine the optimal media and placement for marketing campaigns.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work with sales, client services, and clients to understand their campaign needs and plan multichannel digital advertising campaigns that fulfill those needs. Channels will include programmatic CTV, programmatic display, and paid social media
• Build, launch, and manage delivery of programmatic CTV, display, and paid social media campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance against KPIs, finding ways to optimize campaign strategy, tactics, and budgets to improve performance and efficiency, and implement those optimizations
• Build client-facing s that effectively communicate campaign results and recommendations for even greater performance. Measurement will include media delivery and performance against online and offline business results.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment with multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working constructively with other team members to help think through planning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and related software.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred.
• 1 or more years’ directly managing programmatic buying tools (DSP, Ad Server, etc.)
• Experience selecting and recommending audience for digital advertising campaigns.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up-to 25 pounds at times.
