Full Time Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Represent our brand in a professional and welcoming manner
• Ensure all customer service and sales functions are executed precisely and efficiently
• Document sensitive customer information such as; address and billing information accurately
• Upsell products and services as needed
• Inform customers of any new deals or sales promotion
• Provide expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and problems
• Network with elite sales professionals on ways to improve consumer retainment and increase sales margins

Full Time Customer Service Associate Requirements:

• Naturally outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly with a passion for providing an outstanding customer service & sales experience
• Ability to solve problems with ease
• Strong interpersonal aptitude and ability to work well in a team and independently
• Self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED is a MUST!
• Customer Service, Sales, or Client-facing
