Still I Rise Education Services LLC Hiring for K – 12 Tutor (all subjects) at Washington, DC Full Time

At Still I Rise Education Services LLC we believe that quality tutors lead to quality results. Therefore we prefer tutors with some form of graduate level education and some prior tutoring/teaching experience. We are currently looking to add talented educators to our team who have a passion for helping students reach their full potential. Specifically, we want tutors who are able to support our partnership with DC Public Schools by working with local students in small groups for the 2021-2022 academic year. Tutors should be independent self-starters capable of working effectively without significant supervision. This is a great position for current graduate students or recent graduates.

Required Qualifications

• Must Have Established proficiency in subject matter
• Experience teaching and/or supporting students within the range of grades K to 12
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in at least one of the following subjects areas: English Language Arts, Social Studies, Algebra, Calculus, Biology, Physics, or Chemistry.
