Stilewood International Door & Window Hiring for Woodworking Machine Operator (FT) at Port Coquitlam, BC Full Time

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate chop saws, thickness planers, and rip saw

Shaping wood parts for doors and windows

Breakout and process lumber

Gluing and clamping veneers

Feeding moulders and shapers

Glazing

Sanding and assembling door and window components

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent

Able to read basic shop drawings

Able to read in metric and imperial measurement

Experience working with solid wood material in a shop environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
1-3 years of woodworking experience is an asset

Self-motivated

Safety oriented

Detail-oriented
