Stickmen Brewing Company Hiring for Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Full Time

Stickmen Brewery is a family owned restaurant/taproom/brewery that was founded almost 11 years ago in Lake Oswego, OR. We currently have 3 locations with a 4th coming this year. We specialize in serving our in-house produced brews along with a BBQ menu at our LO location and Italian Woodfire pizza at our other locations. We distribute our brewery products currently across OR, WA and CA and are quickly expanding.

We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper/administrative assistant to help our accountant with daily tasks for our multiple locations. We need someone who is able to visit our multiple locations currently in Tualatin, Happy Valley, Lake Oswego and Cedar Mill coming soon. The position will be part time with an average of 15-20 hours per week but could be more if willing and if additional assistance is needed.

Tasks could include but are not limited to:

*Entering A/P invoices, downloading & entering daily banking transactions, applying payments & A/R

*Reconciling bank accounts at the end of the month

*Counting cash bags and creating bags for tills while also dispersing tips to restaurant employees

*Creating budgets, importing previous year and current year numbers

*Assisting with tax filings for OLCC, property taxes, OBRC taxes and out of state taxes

*Processing payroll twice a month for multiple locations through payroll service

*Filing and organizing of internal documents

*Assisting with any other side projects that the senior accountant may need

*Answering emails from vendors, employees and other clients

Experience with QuickBooks desktop and Excel as well as bookkeeping experience is a requirement. If you have experience with Bill.com, Shogo, Square, Online Banking Downloads or any other restaurant software would be a plus.

We are looking for someone to start right away, training would take place mostly at our Tualatin location, but we would like someone to rotate one day a week to each location.

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
