STgenetics Canada ULC Hiring for Genetics Sales Advisor – Western Ontario Full Time

Main Purpose of Role:

To provide first-class breeding advice to Dairy Farmers on the portfolio of products and services to achieve both individual and regional team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• To achieve an individual sales target
• To review, plan and prioritize the daily customer visit schedule
• To provide first-class advice on STgenetics products & services in order to fulfil the customer requirements
• To manage and build a database of customers in order to achieve individual targets
• To establish and always maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
• To develop and maintain knowledge of the STgenetics portfolio of products & services
• To develop and maintain knowledge of the industry and market trends
• To ensure that Company policies and procedures are adhered to
• To continuously develop and improve both themselves and the working practices
• To comply with Company policy and best practise in security, legal and regulatory compliance
• To ensure H&S responsibilities are fulfilled
• To complete any other duties as required from time to time

Essential Skills and Attributes:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Must have knowledge of the Bovine Breeding Industry
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work on their own initiative
• Excellent communicator with a proven record of building customer relationships
• Tidy appearance
• Clean driving license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
