Our team is highly skilled and versatile at handling all matters of plumbing and HVAC repairs, installations, and design services.

$18-$20/hr

Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service preferred
• Phone experience in a high call volume setting a plus
• Type a minimum of 35 wpm
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
• Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Clean background and drug-free
• Plumbing and HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required
