Stevens Industries, Inc Hiring for Network Administrator at Teutopolis, IL Full Time

Stevens is looking to add someone to our IT team in a network system administrator role. The network system administrator is responsible for IT systems for the company.

Responsibilities

Will include but are not limited to:

• Setup user accounts (Active Directory/Office 365)
• Setup/Maintenance of VMWare servers
• Monitoring of Anti-Virus Status on user workstations
• Configuration and Maintenance of various Cisco/Meraki networking and IT equipment: Firewalls, Switches, Wireless Controllers/Access Points, Cisco Umbrella, Meraki Cameras, etc.
• Setup/Maintain Various Windows Server roles including but not limited to: Remote Desktop Gateways, Print Servers, File Servers, SQL Servers, etc.
• Support and troubleshooting of production floor systems as related to network connectivity
• Troubleshoot end user issues with Office 365 and various other office related software
• Support users in relation to accounts and access to the ERP system

Shared Responsibilities Include:

• Resolve user IT support tickets
• Help document existing procedures and develop new ones as needed
• Restore data for users as needed
• Help setup user workstations as needed
• Coordinating and working with other IT members and system administrators

Qualifications

Experience and working knowledge of:

• Current Windows Operating Systems
• Windows Server
• VMWare (vSphere/ESXI)
• Cisco Networking
• PowerShell
• Active Directory
• Office 365

This person should be a self-starter and work well in a team setting. They should have the ability to research problems independently and bring possible solutions to the team. Excellent trouble shooting skills are a must.
