Stevens Equipment Supply Hiring for Marketing Manager Full Time

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing the company’s brand and product strategic marketing initiatives. This position oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. s marketing and program results.

3. Social Media Channel performance: Growth, engagement and content

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Work with Company Directors and General Managers to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each business unit and key product line to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution including promotions, events, digital marketing, and PR.
• Manage promotions & events within budgetary constraints.
• Work with Company Directors and General Managers to develop sales tools for key brands and new/featured products.
• Create internal and external presentation materials and corporate communications including slideshows, videos, memos, etc.
• Manage and out key vendor programs to maximize participation including loyalty, growth/customizable rebates, and conversion funds.
• Stevens Equipment Supply training process management to include scheduling, execution, and communication of live classes, videos, webinars, surveys, NATE certification, Daikin University, Daikin City, etc.
• Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to feed marketing strategies.
• Interview, hire, and train marketing staff members.
• Communicate with various vendors, collateral suppliers, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
• Manage company social media channels per strategic plan for growth, engagement and content.
• Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation through Google and Facebook reviews and drive qualified traffic.
• Custom dealer marketing support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma
• Experience as a marketing manager
• Good understanding of marketing principles and media channels
• Excellent multi-tasking, organization and communication skills
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
• Detail oriented
• Budgeting
• Degree in Marketing or Business
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
