Position: VP, Corporate Controller

s to: CFO

Minimum Qualifications: (NOT NEGOTIABLE)

• Bachelor’s in Accounting

• 12+ years of progressive experience

• Public Accounting experience (BIG 4 is a Plus)

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working for a Private Equity backed company

• CPA License (USA)

Compensation:

$180,000-$200,000 plus annual bonus

Job Details:

• Manage and oversees all aspects of the Finance, Accounting & Treasury functions
• Work directly with the external Auditors
• Work on several ad hoc projects including implementing a new ERP, integrating newly acquired businesses
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing process and prepare the consolidated financial statements.
• Set high level KPIs, track, influence and motivate for continuous improvements of these KPIs
• Review month-end results, provide recommendations, analysis, and explanations for deviations from plan and forecasts.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Lead the Company’s financial close process, including preparation of financial statements and management ing metrics and analysis.
