Steve Brown Apartments is looking for a self-starter who is well-spoken, genuine, motivated by results, team oriented, organized, outgoing and enjoys working with people to join our accounting team.

Hours of Work: Downtown Madison: Full Time Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or working towards is preferred. Previous work experience in accounting and data entry is desired. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service is a must.

Duties: Steve Brown Apartments is looking for an individual who is responsible, hardworking, a problem-solver and has strong attention to detail. The Accounts Payable Specialist performs AP and collections functions, inventory administration and management, working closely with managers, leasing agents, vendors and residents while delivering excellent customer service.
