Our CBCs are versatile and practical, able to operate in all climates and for a range of jobs. Stetco’s development goals and need to meet our ever-growing demand has created a rare opening in our shop. We are seeking an Account Services Coordinator with a strong background in Inside Sales and Marketing to contribute to the smooth operation of our manufacturing warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

• Maintains and updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
• Routes new accounts received via phone and email inquiries to appropriate Sales Representatives.
• to the President and or General Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
• Administrative duties for Sales department: RFQ’s, reviewing orders with Purchasing, Sales Team, and Operations Team.
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, and preparing quotations.
• Document and update customer profiles and specific information in the CRM system. Accurate and complete records are a requirement to ensure data integrity in all systems.
• Produce flyers, graphics, project s, and market analyses in accordance with business needs
• Create digital POS materials for the sales team to build relationships with potential customers
• Manage social media websites and increase engagement
• Developing, implementing & evaluating advertising programs
• Assist with website content management
• Other duties as assigned related to Marketing, Sales and or Administrative.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, business administration or other relevant industry, or equivalent in work experience
• 1+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and/or Canva

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude

Compensation

Competitive salary for this position, with an anticipated range of $50,000 – $70,000 annually, will be commensurate with prior experience and qualifications. Bonus or commission structure is anticipated with this role.

· Must have the ability to lift objects up to 50lbs.
