This position is suited to someone who loves developing relationships and understanding candidates thoroughly- what their strengths are, what they are looking for and what kind of culture is right for them.

• Someone with experience in; end to end recruitment, candidate pipelining, executive search (advantageous), LinkedIn recruiter and Jobadder ATS (advantageous), temp recruitment (advantageous).
• This is a high touch environment, a big focus on candidate relationships.
• Someone who enjoys working autonomously (in a close knit team).
• Someone who is outcomes focused and has a thick skin. Sometimes things work out great and other times they don’t. If you spend your time focusing on the things that don’t, you won’t enjoy this environment.
• We’re looking for ideas- we love input and are open to ideas and suggestions. Think we could do something better? Great, let’s unpack that and see if it’s viable.
• Someone who is process driven, you will be spending time on and in the database, talent pooling, updating candidate files, setting up templates, creating workflows, optimising the database and getting it up to scratch.

This role can expand to include more variety- we have a HR Podcast, we run career coaching webinars and we spend a lot of time supporting our HR community.
