We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to direct the amazing team we already have in place.

General Summary:

Responsible for the management and oversight of accounting staff and day to day accounting duties. Also serves as backup to the Company Controller

Essential Job Functions:

Supervise company accounting activities including but not limited to payroll cycles, AP/AR, budgets, etc…

Completion of payroll taxes, heavy permits and IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement).

Prepare bills for outside customers and insure collections

Supervise Accounting personnel

Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Regular attendance at work is an essential job function

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Associate degree in Accounting required; Bachelors degree preferred.

2. Three to five years of upper level accounting experience required

3. Knowledge of tax laws as they pertain to the industry

4. Outstanding grammar in oral and written communication

5. Ability to organize and prioritize work.
